At Mayfair of Cheshire we pride ourselves on the high standard of work we consistently produce throughout a wide variety of projects. These range from your standard single storey extensions, to more advanced double storey wrap around projects to your standard kitchen/bathroom conversions. Single, Double and Wrap Around Extensions
If we are commissioned to do any extension or renovation project, it will include total management, from dealing with any planning applications required to completing all works to the highest standard with the issuing of all relevant certificates at the end of the project.
Basement Tanking / Cellar Conversions
As with all the above our team have converted and extended cellars for a good number of years through a wide variety of projects. We have specialist tradesmen who will be effective at completing any project to the highest standards.
Kitchen Fitting
We work with a broad range of high standard bespoke kitchen manufacturers and designers, our buying power and valued relationships means we can command the best prices, which in turn gets passed down to our customers.
Loft Conversions
Loft conversions and roof work are undertaken by our highly skilled roofing joiners, as with other types of work our project manager will ascertain as to what is required and plan out the full project.
Landscaping and Driveways
We have a great team who solely specialise in landscaping and installing driveways/patios. We will undertake all aspects of work, including initial planning, digging out, re-turfing, rockery formations, patio installation and can even build and install outside working areas…
Joinery and Flooring Services
With our portfolio of master joiners we are able to take on any flooring or joinery services required. We regularly fit flooring for clients who request this when completing renovations, new builders or extensions.
New Build Properties or Full House Renovations (via our partner company)
We have a specialist partner company who specialise in new build developments. They have completed new builds for clients as well as personal projects, ranging from single two bed terraces, to larger developments of up to 15 4 bed detached and semi detached dwellings.
